2. All our instruments are delivered laser marked with the Empire logo, CE mark, and product codes. We also do OEM.

3. We can custom laser mark your hospital/clinic/department name etc. upon demand.

4. One-year warranty including. Instruments come with 10 Years warranty.

 

Instruments Repair:

 

We can repair most types of surgical instruments and bring them back to as new condition where possible hence ensuring you get the maximum working life out of your investment. Where an instrument cannot be repaired, we can suggest a replacement at reasonable prices. If your instrument requires repair, please contact us to discuss your requirements further.

Each instrument is the result of the working experience of the manufacturing departments' exact awareness of instrument specifications and the industry's important quality assurance.

All our instruments carry a limited lifetime warranty and are custom mixed from a high carbon and chromium steel alloy which is imported from Japan and Germany. We are ISO 13485 /ISO 9001, UKAS Accredited certified and CE approved to ensure compliance with the standards defined in line with medical devices and registered in the FDA.

 

We are also in the process of becoming a member of the Association of British Health Care Industries (ABHI).

Terms and Conditions:

Payments and Options:

 

1. When getting in contract, the customer is required to pay a partial payment in advance depending on the conditions of the contract.

 

1. The Customer shall not in any circumstances or for any reason whatsoever be entitled to make any deduction or withhold any sum from the price by way of set-off or otherwise.

The Customer shall ensure that adequate and safe facilities and procedures exist at the Customer's premises for the delivery of the Goods.

 

The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery of any Goods if any sum due to the Company under any contract with the Customer is overdue or if, in the reasonable opinion of the Company, the financial standing of the Customer has been impaired for any other reason.

 

 

Recall of the Goods:

 

In the situation that any Goods are subject to be called by the Company, the Customer shall provide to the Company as much information as is reasonably possible regarding the whereabouts of the Goods.

The Company shall not be responsible to the Customer for any indirect or significant losses (including indirect loss of profit, loss of use, loss of production, loss of business, loss of business opportunity, loss of business revenue and loss of good will) arising under or about the Contract.

Prices:

​

Prices are stable for one year, after which they may be subject to a change depending upon general price increase of steel. Product prices are revised according to raw material and craftsmanship at year end.
